Summary: The room was not cleaned until the fifth day. The bed was very comfortable except is was too high. It was on a platform. I had to use a chair to get into it and I am 5'7". It was an accessible room so I don't know how they expect the disabled to get into the bed. I use a cane and it was nearly impossible. Also the towels were very small.
