This spacious + stylish, three-story, single- family home is newly renovated with modern touches + cozy furnishings. Conveniently located on the border of Cleveland + Lakewood, this home is just 5 minutes to Edgewater Beach, 10 minutes to downtown Cleveland, 15 minutes to the airport, and a less than a mile away from many restaurants, bars, boutiques + convenient stores. With free parking, keyless entry, fast wifi, and essentials provided, this is the place for your group + pets!
The Space:
The house features a large dine-in kitchen with ample counter space, a half bathroom, formal dining room and two living spaces (one with a smart TV) on the first floor. There is ample free driveway parking driveway parking and easy, free street parking. You are welcome to use the front and back porch. However, furniture is not provided for the porch. The second floor features three bedrooms with four beds, (two queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two king beds) and a full bathroom. The spacious third floor features two twin beds and a king bed. The laundry machines are in the basement.
Guest Access:
There is a keyless entry. Guests are given a code within 72 hours of checking in. Guests will have access to the entire house and yard. They also have access to 2 parking spaces in the driveway and the laundry machines in basement. Neighboring houses are closeby. Please be respectful of neighboring property.
The Neighborhood:
While this house is located in Cleveland proper, it is on the border of Lakewood, the Edgewater neighborhood and the Gold Coast, having a more suburban feel. You're a street away from a two main corridors with easy access to downtown and I-90. Some light industry is located in the neighborhood, but most streets are tree-lined and family-friendly.
Getting Around:
This area incredibly accessible. You are walking distance to everything you need. However, having a car is easiest to navigate the city. Public transportation (bus and rapid) are available and stops are very close by. It is also easy to find rentable scooters and bikes in the area.
Other Things to Note:
This house is 3 levels w/ stairs (two staircases) - one leading upstairs and one leading to basement. There are also stairs to enter the home. There are no bedrooms on the first floor.
There is no access to the garage. Parking is in the driveway or on the street (free).
NO PARTIES -- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, events or large gatherings allowed in the home or on the property. We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $45 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.
NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.
2 NIGHT MIN -- 2-night minimum. All prebooking questions must be answered to process your reservation. If guest fails to answer any prebooking questions their reservation will be canceled and/or declined.
LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property. Local guests must have a detailed explanation for renting with Airbnb due to past negative experiences with local guests (see the no parties/large gatherings rule).
PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.
GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture.
EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).
Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $25/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule. Thank you!
As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest.
