Enjoy a private oasis on one of the best streets in Charlottesville. Our single family house dates from 1890 and was renovated and redesigned into a spacious, comfortable family home. Enjoy walking everywhere you might want to go in town including the UVA Campus, Health System, Downtown Mall & Main Street. A friendly street in an historic neighborhood close to parks and restaurants.
The space
Custom renovation of a 1890's house on a quiet one way street. Our features a large custom kitchen complete with induction stove, high capacity oven and is fully stocked and ready for use. An open living/dining room space connects directly to the outdoor space with a screened in porch for dining or lounging. Quarter acre backyard with room for romping. The upstairs features three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Second floor porch off of the master bedroom completes the indoor/outdoor theme.
Guest access
All spaces accessible except for our shed. We have also locked our office door downstairs as a means of personal storage. While the attic is not locked it is only used as a child's play space and storage and the stairway/ladder is steep. Please consider the attic off-limits.
