Living space is on three levels with loft, main floor, and lower level. Wrap around deck and vaulted living space create an intimacy with undisturbed surroundings and an above it all feeling unmatched in any other property. Lots of room for private sledding and winter activities. It is not uncommon to see wildlife such as moose, elk, deer, turkeys, beavers and others that wonder the area for your enjoyment. Winter weather access can require 4 wheel drive vehicles. Closest shopping and restaurants are at I-80 exit at Kimball Junction 15 minutes travel time. This is a great location for summer activities on site and close by. Golf, ski, hike, mountain bike, fish, equine, boating, are all near by.
