This is a walkable neighborhood conveniently located to most forms of public transportation. We are a 12-minute walk to Columbia Heights metro station. The H4 bus stop is 240 feet from my house. This bus will take you to Green Line and can change to other lines from a few stations ( with parking options, restaurants, and shopping), downtown, and all the way to Nationals Stadium. There are other bus lines that stop within 4 blocks of my house.
Midlands DC and Hook hall beer garden/beer hall, Harrar coffee and Roastery shop, Call your mother bagel shop and NUvegan and Sonny's Pizza are all walking distance for your enjoyment.
Parking in our neighborhood is for residents, M- Saturday parking is limited to 2 hours. If you must bring a car, there maybe a spot available in the garage or parking permit maybe provided, please check in advance.
Just so you are aware, the hallway leading to the unit and kitchen may rarely be shared by owner or other guests walking by to access different floors.
