Germantown is the ultimate neighborhood for those who want to be in the heart of Nashville. You're mere minutes to downtown (1.5 miles to lower Broadway- a 5 minute, $10 rideshare!), but in Germantown itself you are a literal stone's throw from some of the best food, drinks and fun in Nashville.
Right outside your door are some of our FAVORITE restaurants in all of Nashville- Fifth and Taylor and Rolf and Daughters are the perfect spots to have a special night with your group, and both have beautiful outdoor seating areas.
