Our 2nd floor condo is located in the seaside town of Swampscott, neighboring historic Salem and Marblehead, and just a short commuter train ride into downtown Boston. Stroll out the door onto downtown Humphrey St, offering various dining options, bakery, cafes, and ice cream. Just 2 blocks from our door is Fisherman's Beach, a favorite local spot for boating, swimming, sunbathing, and fishing, sited here is the Historic Fish House, the oldest municipal fishing building in the US. Nearby history buffs can explore the stunning architectural span of the Olmsted Historic District, a subdivision planned by the Frederick Law Olmsted firm; stop into Town Hall, the former home of GE founder and inventor Elihu Thomson; or take a coastal drive to see the many grand estates of Boston's elite former summer homes.
Head north to Marblehead or Salem to visit museums, historic sites, and shopping/dining. Close to the Swampscott commuter rail, you can head south 2 train stops into Boston via North Station to catch a game or concert or explore the city, or hop one stop north into Downtown Salem. This 3 bedroom unit is on the 2nd floor of a 2 unit house, with all the amenities of home: full kitchen with dining for 8 (6 @ dining table, 2 @ island) living room with Roku TV, 3 bedrooms; 2 with queen beds, 1 bedroom with half bath ensuite provides a twin bunk bed and twin bed (twin cot available for additional guest fee), perfect for extended families and small groups, equipped with board games, toys, and Roku TV. Our property offers a keyless entry, private balcony to a terraced patio area, equipped with grill, patio table and chairs.

- A twin cot is available to rent at $50/night additional guest fee with minimum 48 hour advanced notice. Max adult occupancy is 6. Top bunk bed is for children only.
- No cleaning fee
- Permission for one dog under 50 pounds, breed restrictions, please inquire before booking. No cats. $75 pet fee applies.
- NO smoking/vaping of any kind is permitted in the unit or on the property, that includes the private and common areas.
- Early check in of 1pm available with minimum 72 hours request prior to check in. $150 fee applies.
- Our unit has a new electric heat pump with ac in the common area, bedrooms are fitted with window air conditioner units in the summer season (June - October) and fans are also provided. Our property is within 500 feet of the ocean.
- 2 off-street parking spaces provided, additional cars must park on street.
