The home comes fully loaded with a large pool deck veranda overlooking the lake along with a GAS FIRE PIT, PRIVATE DOCK and luxury living with a spacious, open vaulted floor plan with large covered decks and windows overlooking the lakefront providing abundant natural light and views. Ready to handle any size vacation, featuring 9 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, with easy lake and road access to many restaurants, wineries, marinas, state park hiking trails, kids activities, parks, etc, all within a few miles of the home. Ideal for large groups both indoor and out with huge covered decks and breathtaking panoramic lake views.
Please note: We try and keep the heated pool open as long as possible but when temperatures get below 50 degrees, the pool is unable to maintain swimmable temperatures. The pool should be available for use through October and starting in April. We hope the large covered Hot Tub helps fill the gaps through Dec-Mar!
The best place to enjoy life on the lake is outdoors and this home comes with multiple areas to enjoy! Including a large covered outdoor veranda on the main level with stone fireplace, LED TV, large dining table and adirondacks to take in the amazing wide views, enjoy morning coffee, gather for meals or share memorable gatherings all throughout the day. The lower level game room includes its own TV viewing area and shuffleboard with a separate wet bar area to prepare and store drinks. This opens to a lower covered patio with 8-person Hot Springs hot tub, LED TV and table tennis. All leading out to a pool veranda overlooking the main lake with large stationary and floating dock for swimming and boat parking.
The main home is connected to the 2-bedroom guest cottage, which features two floors and two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The cottage also comes with its own kitchen and living space overlooking the lake and main house. The kitchen also has an indoor/outdoor bar with a gas strut window connecting the guest cottage kitchen to the pool deck.
Fully furnished with Comcast high speed WiFi, 5 large LED TVs with Xfinity cable and lots of room for family/friends on each of it's three floors and outdoor spaces. All the lake amenities that you could ask for including a Heated Salt Water Outdoor Pool, Hot Springs Hot Tub, Covered Dock, Private Swimming Area, Large Upper Deck and Lower Patio, Game/Rec Room, Shuffle Board, Table Tennis, Large LED TVs, WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Boat Anchoring and more!
The main entry level to the main home has a large open living room with 65” LED TV, blu-ray player, a well equipped kitchen for cooking and eating with large groups, Master Suite (see bed sizes below), Guest Bedroom and full bathroom. The upper level includes vaulted walkway to 2 Bedrooms and full bathroom . The lower level has 3 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms as well as a large Rec Game Room, Pool Table, Wet Bar and 85” LED TV.
Both the main, lower level including the bedrooms lead out to large outdoor spaces which are a convenient ways to enjoy the views and lake. Main level deck features a gas grill and BLACKSTONE grill and abundant seating and tables for maximizing time outdoors during meals or morning coffee.
