Summary: My stay at this hotel was great! Amanda at the front desk was amazing !!! She made the horrible day and night I was having due to a horrible experience at another hotel in Roanoke VA I had before arriving at the Liberty Trust better from that point forward. Her kindness, willing to help me with my luggage (I’d just had a back surgery causing me to not be able to handle my own belongings well or not at all), her respectful demeanor, and simply ability to make me feel welcomed and comfortable meant the world to me in the moment in which it did that she was not aware of at the time. She’s wonderful! The Liberty Trust was clean quiet appealing beautiful and I will definitely stay there again.
