• This is a quiet, relaxation-focused community and parties or events are strictly prohibited. We know this style of stay isn’t right for every vacation, so we kindly ask guests to book only if this atmosphere aligns with your plans. We appreciate your understanding.
• Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM and are strictly enforced by the community; violations may result in fines
• No parties, events, or large gatherings—registered guests only
• Children must be supervised at all times near the lake, dock, boats, and fire-pit
• Guests may not bring personal boats; all watercraft must be owner-registered
• PA fishing license is required and can be obtained online at the Pennsylvania State Fish and Game website
• No exceptions: No pets, No smoking or vaping, and No fireworks at any time
• Driveway parking for up to 5 vehicles; street parking is prohibited
• Community security requires advance submission of driver and vehicle information for all guests
• A short-term rental agreement and liability waiver must be agreed to.
