Located next to Laguna’s premier surf school and local radio station, you’ll occasionally enjoy live music and a true connection to the local scene.

Inside, the fully renovated studio includes warm wood floors, a comfortable queen bed with a foam topper and all-cotton bedding, a 55” flat-screen TV, a small dining area, and a sectional sofa that converts to a queen bed.
The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, disposal, and water filtration system. You’ll also find ample storage and closet space throughout.
