From the moment you step into the inviting entryway, you will notice that no detail has been overlooked. The living room, dining area, kitchen and screened in porch offer a great open flow, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the lake. The fully stocked kitchen is complete with a wine refrigerator. The bar height dining table has water views and the living room has a comfortable leather couch with lake views and a large flat screen TV. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in porch.
The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable king size mattress, walk-in closet, flat screen TV with cable and a private full bathroom. Down the hall you will find a second bedroom with a flat screen TV and comfortable queen size mattress. It is directly across from a full bathroom.
This small community offers use of the beautiful pool. Bayside Marina is a full-service Marina with a boat launch and you will have use of a dedicated boat slip as well.
Shoreline Serenity is located conveniently on the Franklin County side of the lake only minutes from the grocery store, shopping, Franklin County Community Park with hiking trails, park and beach area.
