Directly across the street from this property are ball fields, and the Pickle, Tennis and Basketball courts and a playground. You canfish, swim, watch the gorgeous sunsets and/or jump onto your watercraft (or have your friend pick you up) at the Public Dock at 8th and Bay. Just two blocks away at 14th and the bay, you’ll find the Avalon Sport Fishing Center, which features: charter fishing boats, the Miss Avalon party boat (for fishing or a sunset cruises), fishing tackle, kayak rentals, coffee and snacks and some of the best sandwiches on the Island at Moran’s Dockside it’s a beautiful setting to have your morningcoffee, lunch or even bring your dinner, sit on the covered deck and admire all that the Bayfront has to offer!
