Cozy large clean 792 sq foot efficiency rustic Cabin. Licensed & perfect for 2 mature adults and up to 3 well behaved , flea & tick treated dogs. We have no weight or breed restrictions just well behaved and loved dogs are welcomed
( no puppies please)
We request not to leave dogs alone in cabin unless previously approved.
& they Must be on a leash or under control at all times. Be cautious , as there are deer and other wild life dogs may want to chase!

Convenient fenced area for dogs to just let out for anytime relief . Please keep poo poo cleaned up by next morning , toss in Trash can marked , just for bagged dog poo poo Trash service cans rolled to the curb in Wednesday night for Thursday pickup

outside ceiling fans and high speed outdoor fan gas grill comfortable seating Gas fire pit big screened porch perched high in the trees overlooking butterfly bushes and craddock creek arm of the lake
Open kitchen with 2 islands, no dish washer, but supplied are detergent dish Towels , dishes utensils , coffee maker Pots and pans dish wear , microwave cook stove with oven , blender, Waffle iron, Refrigerator with ice maker Washer dryer & detergent.
At the clean deep water front ,
275 paces to dock , gentle slope, requiring good physical stamina and tennis or walking shoes , to private small 8x10 floating dock with sit on top Kayaks in season. We Have variety of life jackets furnished for people and dogs . Two nice cloth floats in season
We allow 1 owner boat
Or 2 jet skis to be parked at your dock during your stay. The Nearest marina for boat or jet ski launching Is just 3 miles from the house at parkway marina. Please limit boat size to 24’ for your dock. Vessel Trailers may be brought back to the treehouse for parking while your boat or jet skis are at your dock.
We use the smaller dock, mostly on the weekends and live and work in main house next door with fenced yard with our 4th generation of schnauzers, Bennie and Betty still in puppy stages.
So we love dogs !
