Please note: Due to cleaning schedules our cottage rents from Sunday to Sunday in season. Also, please note, due to extra sanitation measures in cleaning between guests our cleaning service has asked for extra time. Therefore we ask that you not expect to check-in before 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier you may use the dock until the cleaners are finished.

Our cottage is furnished to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The media package is highlighted by a 60 inch flat screen HD TV, DVR, stereo and WIFI internet.
The ranch-style cottage features a great room with a living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (the oven is not full-size) and a gorgeous view of the lake. Sliding glass doors from the kitchen exit onto a deck with lake views, table and chairs, and a gas grill. The living room has a gas stove.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, 55 inch TV, and private master bath with a large ceramic tile shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, tv, with a large closet and full bath in the hall. The third bedroom has two sets of bunks and a large closet. The cottage is equipped with a washer and dryer.
A large screened porch on the lake side of the house has ceiling fans and gives 180 degrees of lake view.
There is a large dock, with an attached floater for swimming and canoe/kayak launching. You may tie-up your boat to the dock. We supply a canoe, a kayak, paddles, and life jackets (please use at your own risk). Please avoid dragging the canoe over the rocks but rather launch it from the dock, so that the bottom is not damaged. There is a fire pit/ring (you may use any wood you find on our property or bundles can be purchased at the nearby White House Market).
Swimming off our lake-front is ideal, with clear, calm, water and minimal interference from waves; making it fun for younger children and adults. You are permitted to fish off our dock. Kids love catching the sunfish on worms.
