It also boasts a giant second story balcony complete with BBQ grill and plenty of comfy seating. You can walk downtown, access local hiking and mountain bike trails right from the home. The Arkansas river is within walking distance for Fly Fishing and rafting. Boat launches are close and property has enough space to park you trailer. Enjoy the 360 great views of Sangre de cristo & Collegiate peaks from the 2nd story covered deck and every window in the home. Guests are required to agree to a basic rental agreement for the safety & protection of both parties.

This home is a new build, not a renovation. This home was stick built from scratch, Large private patio at ground level in side yard with custom flagstone patio. 1st story entryway with lots of room for shoes and outdoor wear. Side yard can be gate locked to store bikes/skis/kayaks, etc. The home is brand new so please take good care of the space. Master bedroom includes a SmartTv as well. Beautiful views from every large window in the home with loads of natural light. No pets permitted at this rental.
