Discover this 2-bedroom/2 bath social condo at Legends Country Club in Fort Myers overlooking hole #1! Our Community has its own pool within a few steps, while the Country Club Resort Style pool is a short walk. The Club has 3 restaurants, tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, indoor exercise facility and library which you will be able to use. Golf is not included with our unit. The condo features open concept in kitchen and living room, a king bed in the Master with twin beds in 2nd bedroom, perfect for a small group or family. Guests enjoy two bathrooms with master having double sinks. The condo stays comfortable year-round with central air and heating. Approximately twenty to thirty minute drive to Beach.
We have a 1 car garage stocked with 3 bicycles & 4 beach chairs. Parking for 1 car inside garage and a 2nd car in our drive way.
Legends is a gated community. Daily or weekly rentals not permitted, monthly only.
Renovations are still being completed, so pictures are not up to date as more painting and decor still to be done! Hope to post updated pics soon.
