The space.
North Star Abodes offers a beautiful two-bedroom condo at The Pointe, Mariners Landing. The condo features one queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, and a second family bedroom with one double bed and a twin top bunk, as well as a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The condo can comfortably sleep 6 guests (4 adults and 2 children). The fully stocked kitchen includes a breakfast bar, while the comfortable living room boasts ample seating and a feature fireplace (non-heating). Guests can also enjoy a lovely sunroom/porch with stunning views over Smith Mountain Lake while sipping morning coffee or enjoying an evening glass of wine. Luxury linens, towels, and basic cable flatscreen TVs are provided, but guests must bring their own pool/lake towels. Coffee for all of the coffee lovers will also be provided. Boat slips are available to rent, and guests can rent boats, personal watercraft, and kayaks from The Bridgewater Marina hut near the pool at The Pointe. Upon booking, you'll need to provide your email address to receive all the info and mobile key for your amenities. There will also be a link included to register your boat in advance for a slip right by the condo.
Short Term boat slip rental for off season (Oct 1- March 31st) is $35 for the first night and each additional night is $15.
IN season (April 1st-September 30th) is $50 for the first night and each additional night is $25.
Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the condo. Amenities throughout the resort are shared with other guests visiting Mariner's Landing. Resort fees cover full access to the amenities with the Mariners Landing Open Key app, which you can download when you arrive. Guests get a discount on greens fees at the 18-hole Robert Trent Jones, Sr. designed golf course. Pools close at 9PM. Other resort amenities include:

After a reservation is confirmed, guests will be registered with the resort in order to use the on-site amenities, and asked to digitally sign a waiver required by the resort, after which point the amenities key will be issued digitally. The resort releases all amenities keys at noon each day, so we ask all guests to ensure the waiver is signed before this time to ensure they have access to site amenities on arrival.

The grocery store and shopping options are just 20 minutes away, and there are several local wineries in close proximity.
