Topridge 30A features incredible views of Killington`s Bear Mountain, while providing slopeside access two steps outside your door!
This property is serviced by the Sunrise Triple Chair Lift and provides full privileges to the private sports club at Sunrise that offers an indoor pool, gym, sauna, and restaurant. Your Topridge 30A unit has a Gas Fireplace, an eight-person hot tub spa on your outside deck (exclusive to your unit), a pool table game room, a steam shower, spectacular views, and first-class accommodations!
Agreement to our Terms and Conditions and Policies is required in the form of our rental contract, signed off on by the rental client. This unit does NOT have a cedar sauna.
VRBO bookings. Please be aware that we can only allow the first 20% of the booking to the credit card, the remaining has to be done by check or wire. Please inquire FIRST to find out more details. We do not and WILL NOT charge the full amount through the VRBO platform by credit card.

-Guests are required to accept our rental contract (Terms and Conditions) in order to confirm the reservation and for us to provide access to the property.
-Host is NOT Responsible for early season conditions from Killington Resort. Early/late season ski trail conditions are weather-dependent. Your dates might fall on the early/late season rates. For more information about conditions and open ski trails, guests can visit the Killington website.
-It is the guest`s responsibility to check for ski trail conditions (if it`s open or not) during the winter season on the Killington Resort website.
-The rental management company IS NOT responsible for winter-ski conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to the weather or lack of snow since mother nature effects are uncontrollable by the management company or the owner of the property.
-No arrivals or departures on Saturdays.
-Three-night minimum stay midweek (year-round).
-New Year`s five-night minimum stay.
-Winter Season, three-night minimum stay weekends, three-night minimum stay midweeks.
-No shoes in the house.
-No smoking in the house.
-Do not over occupy the house. Overoccupancy will result in a $200.00 charge per extra person, per night. Overoccupancy is defined by the number of guests exceeding the agreed amount in both the Airbnb platform and our mutually agreed upon rental contract.
-Bringing a pet is subject to a fee. Pets must be approved prior to arrival. Please provide your pet`s name, age, and breed. If you decide to bring a pet or pets without authorization, you will be charged $300.00 per pet plus cleaning costs.
-Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be liable to the Tenant, his family, or guest for any injury to person or property arising out of Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. The tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims and/or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. Proper use of the Hot Tub Spa is the Tenant’s responsibility. Tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s and/or their guests` use of the hot tub spa and sauna.
-It is the Tenant`s responsibility to report the make, model, color, and plate number of any vehicles staying at the property to prevent towing. This property has a maximum of two parking spots.
-Parties and events are not allowed at this property.
-All excessive noise and music must be turned down after 10:00 PM.
