WIFI installed. New deck on the home. New LVP floors in the kitchen and new tile in the bathroom on the main level. This adorable A Frame lake house is the epitome of a lake cabin. The rustic charm of this home and its amazing long channel views, and gentle lot make it one of the neatest homes in the rental program. The floor to ceiling windows and glass doors allow for great views from each level of the house. The kitchen is small, but has everything you need.
On the main level, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a double. There is a full bath outside the bedrooms that is shared with the main level. The living room has a great view of the lake. The downstairs is accessible by a spiral staircase, so please take note of any mobility issues. In the kitchen, there is a breakfast nook that seats 2. The best part of this home awaits outside! The wrap around deck is great for dining outside, laying out and getting a tan, or just sitting back and watching the boats.
There is a loft upstairs with 2 twin beds and a 1/2 bath. This does have steep steps from the main level, so plan your sleeping arrangements accordingly.
Downstairs you will find a large master bedroom with a King bed and access to the full bathroom with a tub shower. There is also a second smaller bedroom with a Twin and a patio off the lower level leading to the stairway to the dock. Its a very gentle walk to the dock. The upper level of the party deck will not be availabile until 2023, but the ground level is perfect for relaxing by the water and the view is exceptional. This is the lake cabin your family will fall in love with.
