The Neighborhood:
Private and quiet. We're located at the bottom of Pikes Peak and right off HWY 24, so you do hear some noise coming from the highway, but it becomes white noise.
Getting Around:
The cabin is easily accessible off of Highway 24, which means great come and go access, but also means highway noise from the house. This area may receive snow from early Fall until late Spring, and therefore vehicles with all-wheel or 4-wheel drive are highly recommended during times of the year when snow is possible.
Other Things to Note:
🔹All overnight guests must be included on the reservation. If you plan to have additional visitors at the property during your stay (such as for a family gathering, birthday celebration, reunion, or hosting local friends), please let us know in advance. Day visitors are welcome with prior approval from the host, and will be charged a a $15 per person visitor fee through the booking platform after your reservation is confirmed.
