There is an elevator, a heated inground pool, and outdoor shower. Also, a custom bunk room for the little ones to enjoy (2 - twin/full combos). Two hard-lined gas BBQs, tiled showers, a bathtub, Bosch appliances, gas fireplace in LR, and more. This custom build is near all the fun, including mini golf (on the same street), a liquor store, restaurants, ice cream, and more. It's the "best of both worlds" since you get awesome bay views but are also SO close to the beach (1,000 ft). The street also has a traffic light to help make crossing the main Blvd. easy and safe. "In season" is June through 1/2 of September and will require 7 night/weekly stays. Starting mid-September, 3 night min. stays are available at a nightly rate.
