This is an exceptionally spacious and private location perfect. The Main House has a very large kitchen with lots of space to prepare meals and island seating. The kitchen has a living area with tv and seating area. The Main bedroom includes an adjustable split king bed, pull out sofa bed, wood burning fireplace, main bathroom, laundry room and access to 1 of 2 wonderful patios overlooking the Blanco River. There is a very large living room with dining table with seating for 12 and additional round table with seating for 5. This living room also has new regulation shuffleboard table. The dining room has additional seating for 6 at a round top table. Through the mudroom and back entrance of the house is the powder room. New Carport added 2023. The Guest House shares the patio with the Main House and includes a king bed, twin trundle, and bathroom. The large main patio has 3 tables for eating out, a large outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and the newly added Swim Spa. There is a swing set and sand box for the kids on the main lawn. As your enter the property you'll pass our Pickleball court with a basketball hoop. The fishing is great in the deep part of the river upstream from the rapids. We request that you catch and release please. Pickle Ball Court installed in 2021 with equipment provided. Swim Spa added in 2023.
