There is a firepit for the kids to roast marshmallows or for the adults to sit around telling stories with a glass of wine after the kids have went to bed. A gravel pathway leads to the stone shrouded sitting and fire pit area at the edge of the overhead sundeck to the dock. Spacious covered boat slip and lots of room for friends to pull up on the floating and stationary walkways. Great quiet cove perfect for privacy, swimming, kayaking or canoeing. Great subdivision perfect for lazy evening walks in nature. You're sure to see some deer up close! Close in to dining areas, food and entertainment. There are 3 wooded acres on the property as well.
