Extra Large parking lot for boats or ORV trailers, reliable Wi-fi, 1/2 a mile from 500 miles of ATV and snowmobile trails, world class salmon and trout fishing near the Tippy Dam area on the Manistee River. Near the Pine River for Kayaking.

The large back yard is a shared area but the deck and firepit area is dedicated to this Suite. The large parking lot is also a shared space. With Overflow Trailer parking if necessary.
