This is a beautiful well maintained home. This home has a custom audio system throughout the house. From top to bottom this house has it all including a large kitchen with granite counter tops and a large center island counter that opens up to a roomy dining room and living room.
There is a seven day minimum rental Saturday to Saturday during peak season.
Off the dining room are sliding glass doors that lead out onto the deck with new outdoor furniture and a natural gas grill. Beautiful tile bathrooms with a corner shower in the master bath and glass sliders in master bedroom which lead to private deck. This house has a laundry room with washer and dryer on the same floor. Also included is a roomy outside shower with dressing area. We do not supply Linens and Towels.
