Min of 30 night stay due to HOA rules and I have to have a min of 2 weeks notice. Beautiful 2 story home that has two bedrooms sleeping 4. Owner put a gym in one of the rooms upstairs that is available for use and her art studio in the other bedroom which will be locked. Dogs are allowed, no more than two and no long haired dogs or cats as owner very allergic and no puppies as owner likes her nice furniture..... Home has gorgeous, expensive astroturf in front and back so no yard maintenance. No reservations will be accepted with less than a 7 day notice so owner can prepare house and load up her RV.....
