The upper level (setup sort of like a loft, but with more privacy) has a great hangout area - complete with couch, bunk bed and a full bathroom.
Lower level has game room w/pool table and wet bar. There's a bedroom, flex room and a bathroom with shower downstairs as well.

Beautifully landscaped lakeside allows for an easy walk to the hardscaped fire-pit and dock where you'll find 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards available for use. Floating dock for boat tie up, electricity and lights. Nice dockhouse w/fridge and microwave.
