The lower level leads to a fully covered deck. Outside, enjoy lakeside relaxation with a firepit, walk-in water access. Covered boat slip w/hoist (vhull or deckboat, 22' max). There's also a floating dock for boat tie-up, electricity and lights. A paddleboard is available for use.
